What to do in an emergency
- First and foremost, don’t panic.
- If you are in any doubt, give us a call, you won’t be waking us up. Our team can advise on whether a visit is necessary. But bear in mind, if you have any worries or concerns, we are happy to see you and your pet.
- Please phone ahead – our teams need to be prepared for the arrival of you and your pet.
- Be aware that our team will require payment for treatment at time of consultation either with cash or by credit card. Click here to learn why this is necessary.
- Make arrangements for bringing your pet in to us. Click here if you are unable to arrange transport yourself.
